Add a Subscription and Subscription Contact

1- Subscription Creation
It is rare that you'd ever create a subscription as it is an automated process, but if you believe you need to, contact a Salesforce Admin

Subscriptions are created once an Opportunity reaches the Stage “Closed Won”.

Based on the Product Lines on the Opportunity, Subscription records will automatically be generated, matching the Quantity, Start Date, End Date, and Product Year.

Once your subscription is created, you will need to add Subscription Contacts to the Subscription itself. Instructions for adding a Subscription Contact.
2- How to add a Subscription Contact to a Subscription

Find the Subscription that you want to add a contact to.

Navigate to the “Contacts” tab.

Click on the “New” button next to Subscription Contacts.

Fill out the New Subscription Contact form by adding the Contact and turning the Subscription Contact Status field to “Active”.

Click the “Save” button.
You should now see that Subscription Contact on the Subscription record.
